減速機如(ru)何修復
減速(su)(su)器(qi)是感應電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)。其工作(zuo)原理是在元件(jian)(jian)更換時(shi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)子電(dian)(dian)路提供(gong)直流電(dian)(dian)源。多相定時(shi)控制電(dian)(dian)流,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)此電(dian)(dian)流為減速(su)(su)器(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian),減速(su)(su)器(qi)可正常(chang)工作(zuo),雖然減速(su)(su)器(qi)已(yi)被(bei)廣泛使(shi)用(yong)(yong),但減速(su)(su)器(qi)不像普通(tong)直流電(dian)(dian)機(ji)那樣工作(zuo)。交流電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)在正常(chang)條件(jian)(jian)下使(shi)用(yong)(yong)。如(ru)果(guo)您遇到(dao)問題,我們需(xu)要學會修復它。
1.根據減速(su)器(qi)上(shang)標(biao)記的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻值測量電(dian)(dian)阻。減速(su)器(qi)分為兩個繞(rao)組(zu)。兩個繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)結構完全相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)。每(mei)個繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)中心端對稱地等于另(ling)一端,并且標(biao)簽(qian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻值是(shi)一致(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)。不同(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)機引線的(de)(de)(de)順序是(shi)不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)。
2.測(ce)(ce)量時,可以測(ce)(ce)量兩(liang)個繞組的電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值是否(fou)相等,并且應與電(dian)(dian)機(ji)標記一致,然后使用電(dian)(dian)源測(ce)(ce)試。在測(ce)(ce)試過程中,電(dian)(dian)源的兩(liang)極交替(ti)接(jie)觸每個繞組的兩(liang)端。步進(jin)旋(xuan)轉,步驟同樣強大,否(fou)則電(dian)(dian)機(ji)損(sun)壞(huai)。
3.使用減速器上標記的電(dian)源電(dian)壓(ya)進行(xing)測試(shi)。如(ru)果電(dian)機上沒(mei)有標記,請從(cong)較低電(dian)壓開始,然后逐漸增加電(dian)壓進(jin)行測(ce)試(shi)。電(dian)源(yuan)的一(yi)(yi)端連接到某個繞組的中心端,另一(yi)(yi)端連接到電(dian)源(yuan)。一(yi)(yi)端交替接觸(chu)繞組的另一(yi)(yi)端。此時,減速(su)器應(ying)逐步(bu)旋轉,每一(yi)(yi)步(bu)應(ying)同樣強大,否則電(dian)機會(hui)損壞。
